Most days, I rise with the sun to find a quiet space and let my mind wander… I credit my Editor at one of my first big writing gigs, more than 20 years ago for introducing me to the practice of Ashtanga yoga … unprepared, but willing, I gave it a try. And I’ve been hooked since.
It’s my calm when I’m stuck in a writing rut, frees my mind, and gives me clarity.
